Grant Fowler, O.D.

Dr. Fowler is also a native of Hamilton, AL.  He graduated from Hamilton High School in 2009, graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Biology from the University of Alabama in 2013, and then he received his optometry degree from the University of Alabama in May of 2017.  While in optometry school, Dr. Fowler was a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa honor society.  Upon graduation, Dr. Fowler was excited to come back home and join Dr. Cobb in private practice.  Dr. Fowler is currently a member of the Lions Club, serves on the board of directors at Pikeville Country Club, and helps with security at First Baptist Church.  In his spare time, Dr. Fowler enjoys attending University of Alabama sporting events, golfing, and duck hunting.

As licensed optometrists, our doctors provide exams, diagnoses, and treatments of all disease and disorders that affect the eye or vision. In addition to training in eye diseases and disorders, Dr. Cobb and Dr. Fowler are also trained in anatomy, biochemistry, and physiology. With this background, they are trained to recognize a range of health issues that not only affect the eye but the body in general.

Dr. Cobb and Dr. Fowler work hard to stay current on the latest advances in eye health and vision care and regularly attend continuing education seminars and advanced training courses. It is because of our doctors' dedication to continuing education that our patients receive the most modern and progressive vision care available.
